The Shure MOTIV MVL offers a broadcast-quality sound in a tiny form factor, and can record to many phones and devices that offer 3.5mm TRRS connectivity. No controls are on hand, which streamlines the process incredibly: simply clamp the mic to your subject (or yourself), plug the mic into the phone, and start recording. The mic will work with any app that records audio, including the built-in iOS Voice Memo App—but when you pair it with the ShurePlus MOTIV iOS or Android app, you’ll have access to a wide array of mixing, editing, and exporting tools. Perfect for electronic field production, run-and-gun news reporting, or simple mobile vlogs, the mic comes with a windscreen, a tie clip, and a drawstring carrying pouch.
